Italia – Enacting the immediate Justice act.
Article 1.1 Enacting a bill requiring that all new sporting events shall be played in public arenas.
Article 2.1 A sports stadium shall be deemed to be public if it is at least 30 meters (100 feet) long and has at least one stage and a roof.
The number of seats in a stadium shall not exceed 15,000.
The stadium shall have a capacity of at least 50,000 persons.
The following shall not be included in the number of spectators: persons attending an international or Olympic competition, a grand final or the opening of an Olympic Games, any public or private stadium or a stadium for concerts, exhibitions, concerts, sports exhibitions or exhibitions of art, theatre, cinemas or other entertainment.
Article 3.1 The public shall be able to use the arena for the purpose of viewing events that are not in public interest.
Article 4.1 All sporting events, including competitions, shall be broadcast on the radio, television or other radio and television channels.
The broadcasting of sporting events is subject to the conditions of Article 3.2.
Article 5.1 It shall be the duty of the sports stadium operator to broadcast live sporting events from its stadium.
Article 6.1 Any public or public entity, other than a sports club or sporting association, shall pay the cost of the broadcasting of the sporting event.
Article 7.1 Sports clubs shall provide the public with all information on their events, whether the event takes place in public or in private.
Article 8.1 If a public entity is the operator of a sports stadium, the public shall have access to the stadium at all times, without any conditions.
Article 9.1 No person shall be entitled to use or disturb the public facilities of a public or a public space.
Article 10.1 Persons shall have the right to protest, organize or participate in sporting events.
Article 11.1 At the beginning of every sporting event, the sports club shall give to the public a list of all the sporting events that it has planned, in the event that the public does not have the ability to attend or participate.
Article 12.1 Sport shall not consist of sports, but sports shall be organized to be organized as a whole, for the purposes of competitions, exhibitions and exhibitions of arts, music, literature, science, culture, sport and other related subjects.
Article 13.1 An event that is a sporting event shall be governed by the provisions of the Sports Law, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Italia.
Article 14.1 This Act shall come into force on the 1st of November 2020.
